Licence
In addition to the subscription, OnlineFundraising charges an annual licence fee, which is a shared contribution to cover development costs. By having all organisations contribute to development, the annual development cost can be kept at DKK 5,000 per organisation.
Exemption
If you are a smaller or newly established NGO, you may apply for an exemption from the OnlineFundraising licence fee. Please note that exemptions are granted for one year at a time and only to organisations with a low fundraising turnover. If you were granted an exemption in 2025, you will need to apply again for 2026.
Sms gateway
OnlineFundraising has its own SMS gateway, which is deeply integrated with the OnlineFundraising platform. If you choose to use SMS messaging, the pricing is as follows per month.

If no transactions are received during the relevant month, the price is reduced to DKK 218

Choose keywords on 1217, 1416, and 1962. Sub-keywords are free of charge.

In addition, DKK 5,000 is charged to 4T for short code rental.
Send SMS messages
OnlineFundraising can also send large volumes of SMS messages on your behalf – either by uploading a list of phone numbers or by using our API. The unit prices are as follows:
