We’ve provided you with the building blocks and the toolbox – now comes the manual. With more than 250 customers, we know that support may be needed, no matter how user-friendly the solution is. You can get help in several ways:
New to OnlineFundraising

As a new user, we recommend spending a couple of hours with us. Together, we’ll go through the key features and give you a solid foundation for your first period using the platform.
The course is held once a month in small groups, with the option to attend online if needed.
Everyday support
Once you are up and running, you can get help with specific questions in two ways:

Guides, videos and tips
In our support hub, you’ll find more than 150 guides, step-by-step tutorials, and tips & tricks – available both as written content and videos. Most materials are available in both Danish and English, and we continuously expand and adapt the content.

Our support team is available every day of the week. Simply send an email to support@onlinefundraising.dk, and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.
We can also arrange an online meeting where we look at the task together. In the article here, we share a few tips on how to get fast and effective support – for example, if you need to share files with us.
Contact the emergency hotline
If you have an urgent issue, such as payment problems, you can call our emergency hotline. It is also available outside our normal business hours, including public holidays, vacation periods, and weekends.
